200Gaj is an online listings and connection platform that helps people who are interested in property find and contact people who are advertising property. We are only a connector between potential buyers and sellers. We are not a real-estate agent, broker, dealer, valuer, adviser, or a party to any transaction. We do not charge any commission on any deal.
Listings and profiles are created by users. We do not own, inspect, verify, endorse, or guarantee any property, its ownership, title, boundaries, area, legality, price, availability, or any information or photos in a listing, and we do not verify the identity of any user. Information may be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date, fraudulent, or fake.
You are solely responsible for your own due diligence. Before buying, selling, paying any money, or making any commitment, verify everything independently and take your own legal, financial, and professional advice. Any dealing is strictly between you and the other person, at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no responsibility or liability for: any fraud, scam, misrepresentation, fake or incorrect details, or unlawful content; any listing posted by a user; any dispute, loss, damage, or legal issue arising between users or from any property or transaction; or any decision you make in reliance on the platform. You use 200Gaj and deal with other users entirely at your own risk.
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate details. Keep your login secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. Accounts may be created without full verification, but unverified accounts (and their listings) are shown as “unverified” — verifying your account (by email or WhatsApp) makes your listings look more genuine to others. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these Terms.
When you post a listing you confirm you are entitled to advertise that property and that the information is true and lawful. You grant us permission to display your listing content on the platform. We may edit, reject, or remove any listing at our discretion (for example after review). Free listings are removed automatically after a set period (currently 30 days). We do not guarantee any listing will generate interest or a sale.
By creating an account you agree to receive service and, from time to time, promotional messages from us by email, WhatsApp, or phone. You may opt out of promotional messages; essential service messages are required to use the platform.
We collect and use the information you provide (such as your name, contact details, and usage) to operate and improve the platform and to connect users. We do not sell your personal information. We take reasonable steps to protect it but cannot guarantee absolute security.
Do not post false, misleading, duplicate, or unlawful content; do not harvest or misuse other users’ contact details; and do not spam, defraud, harass, scrape, or attempt to circumvent the platform’s limits or security.
The platform and all content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plugwish Pty Ltd and its team are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the platform or any dealing with another user.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version always applies. By continuing to use 200Gaj, or by having an account with us, you agree to the latest version of these Terms, including any updates, even if we have not contacted you about them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, where Plugwish Pty Ltd is registered.
